+ Can I install the doors myself?

Phantom Screens products are not available for DIY installation. Phantom's Limited Lifetime Warranty can only be protected by following the rigid specifications and manufacturers standards. A factory trained Phantom Screens installer will take care of the installation for you to ensure proper operation

+ How long will the installation take for my Phantom Screen?

Depending on the style door, location of the door and installation of the door that we are installing on; it takes roughly 60-120 minutes

+ Will I need to be home for the installation?

It is preferrred someone is home for the installation of the products. With someone home, we're able to review the warranty, proper usages, and service once installation is complete.

If you absolutely cannot be home, we can install on inswing and sliding doors only, and there are some exceptions where we will need the door open. The best bet is to reschedule to a time when you can meet with our factory trained installers to review the product at the time of installation.

+ Do you offer Veteran's discounts?

Yes we do. We support all our troops and want to show our appreciation. Simply mention the discount to your installer and they will happily apply it.

+ Which side of the door is the Phantom Screen installed on?

For single inswing and outswing doors, the Phantom Screen housing will be mounted on the side of the door your hinges are on. If it is a double door, there will be one housing mounted on either side that meet in the middle. For sliding doors, the housing will be einstalled to the fixed panel of the door unit.

+ What color options do you offer?

We offer a total of ten standard colors, fifteen types of wood grains along with one hundered and ninety luxury colors guaranteed to match any color you have. Click here to view our doors.

+ Do you come out to measure for free?

The short answer is yes.

For our Legacy door screens, we do not come out to measure ahead of time. Our Legacy door screens are custom built on site the day of the installation, which is why we can take your measurements over the phone! Your installer will take exact measurements the day of the installation and cut the screen down to fit your door exactly.

For our Mesh Lock door screens, we will have to come out to measure ahead of time. These are not a stock product and will require a deposit to place the order with the manufacturer.

For Serene window screens, Executive motorized screens and Cable Guided motorized screens, XL screens, retractable awnings, and hurricane shutters we will absolutely come out to measure free of charge.

We still like to get rough measurements from you over the phone to get you ballpark pricing before setting up a measure appointment, so be sure to have those approximate numbers ready when you call!
